Code for design of auditorium sound reinforcement system

From August 10 to 11, 2005, the engineering construction standard quota management center of the State Administration of radio, film and television held a review meeting of the design specification for hall sound reinforcement system (Draft) edited by radio, film and television design and Research Institute in Beijing.

Attending the meeting were: Department of standards and quotas of the Ministry of construction, Department of planning and finance of the State Administration of radio, film and television, engineering construction standards and quotas management center of the State Administration of radio, film and television, China Radio, film and television design and Research Institute, the third research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Institute of architectural physics of China Academy of Architectural Sciences, Institute of acoustics of Chinese Academy of Sciences 18 experts and representatives from 12 units, including the science and Technology Department of the Ministry of culture, China Symphony Orchestra, Acoustic Design Institute of Beijing Tsinghua Urban Planning and Design Institute, Poly Theater, and sound professional committee of china dance art society.

The review meeting was presided over by song xiuqiang, deputy director of the engineering construction standard quota management center of SARFT, and the leaders of the standard quota Department of the Ministry of construction attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

At the review meeting, the compilation team briefly introduced the compilation principle, basis, compilation process, main contents and revision of the code; The measurement report and statistical data of maximum sound pressure level, sound transmission gain, steady-state sound field inhomogeneity and sound energy ratio in early and late stage are provided. The experts and representatives attending the meeting reviewed and discussed the code item by item in a serious and responsible manner, and put forward good amendments and supplementary opinions.

The meeting agreed that the code conforms to the basic principles of engineering construction standards, provides a unified design basis and evaluation standard for the engineering design of hall sound reinforcement system, and will play an important role in standardizing the design of hall sound reinforcement system and ensuring the listening effect. After reviewing and discussing the specification item by item, the meeting reached a consensus on its main contents. According to the spirit of the meeting minutes and the discussion opinions, the preparation group was required to modify and improve the relevant contents and words of the specification, complete the draft for approval as soon as possible, and apply for approval according to the national procedures.

The meeting affirmed the staff's spirit of extensive investigation and research, conscientious summary of practical experience and active work in the standardized preparation process.
